HFPartner persuades customers by: 1. Leveraging their own customer contacts. 2. Leveraging their own customer references. 3. Leveraging HF contacts/lead list. 4. Preparing a wish list of customers. HF BD team will cold call/email/use HF references.
HF partner is a Client partner on healthcare problems, who works with one or many solution partners to build solutions for the customer: 1. Build customer portfolio. 2. Build Solution provider portfolio (HC professionals, HC teams, HC companies). 3. Represent Solution partner. 4. Write/Renew/SLA contracts. 5. Raise invoices to the customer on the agreed contract value. 6. Ensure payments to the teams/solution partners.
Option 1: Consulting calls; Customers book your time slots for advisory/consulting services. Option 2: Portfolios; Build solutions for Healthcare Customers.
